President Benigno S. Aquino III has reportedly decided not to appear in public. Understandable since he faces the most severe and the most serious threat against his administration.
Sources however told me that President Aquino is ill--mentally that is. He is reportedly going to the house of one of his sisters, Balsy, to get some medication. Aquino is reportedly depressed.
Aquino, sources say, is being taken cared of by one of his sisters and given barbituates. One of the sisters is trying to convince Pnoy to divest some of his powers and just rest.
Is Pnoy sick? If he is, it is the responsibility of the cabinet members to tell the public of the true condition of the Head of State. We cannot just be left in the dark here.
The Constitution mandates that a member of the cabinet should report on the health condition of the President especially in pressing times like these.
