Espenido should target Pasay next

Chief Inspector Espenido should be assigned as chief of the Pasay City police. Every one knows that Pasay reeks with the stench of crimes committed in broad daylight. People are robbed, murdered and raped. A journalist friend described Pasay as a "haven of criminals."

Sadly, the Philippine National Police (PNP) is doing nothing about it. And people know why.

Pasay remains as the dumping ground of seized shabu by corrupt cops, to be re-sold on the streets. Some corrupt anti-drug operatives and even, in some instances, PDEA, reportedly "remits" recycled shabu by the tens of kilos a month to satiate the demands for the illicit drugs in Metro Manila.

These drugs are then distributed in other cities and as far as Batangas. This has been the practice since the late eighties. You ask why Pasay? Well, until now, Pasay remains as the "entertainment hub" of the Southern Metro. Pasay is the gateway towards other Southern cities like Paranaque, Taguig, Makati, Muntinlupa. Clubbers and entertainers of bars, joints, casinos and even call centers are regular shabu users.

I understand that the focus of the PNP is Visayas and Mindanao. However, the drug situation in Metro Manila is getting out of hand. Espenido and Bato should make Pasay an example, the way they did it in Osamiz and Leyte.

Para naman walang dudang kaya rin nila Bato and Espenido ang mga big boys, hindi yung mga pipitsuging mayor bisaya. 

O, sige nga, Espenido, pakita mo ang gilas mo laban sa mga kasamahan mong nagbebenta ng bato sa Pasay?
