Many say the reason why most government officials commit graft and corruption is simple--they don't fear the law nor do they respect authority.
No one has been punished for stealing billions from our public coffers. No one has even tasted death for raping and pillaging our treasury.
The answer therefore is simple--Put the Fear of God to those whose hearts are wicked. These people don't fear men, but most likely, they will surely fear God.
Let us put the fear of God in every man's heart.
