Virgilio Garcillano, the obvious voice behind the Hello Garci tapes, is so proud of himself that he brags that government did send emissaries to contact him. He denies sending feelers, probably afraid that Jun Ebdane's minions would reach him at his farm and suddenly abduct him and throw him from a helicopter (second hand at that).

I remember one biblical account of a Christian couple who took part of the sale of their donated property for themselves without informing the Christian congregation they were in. They were so high browed that God punished them.
Garcillano is taunting not just this government, but the Filipino People, something which is terribly not welcome.
The New Patriots of the New Generation should punish this braggart so that justice will eventually be with the Filipino People.
Garcillano lost the chance to clear his name from the ignominy it suffers right now. Imagine, your great grandsons being called "cheats" in their school, all because of their grandpa who orchestrated the most grievous sin there is, in the political and social life of this country.
