Palparan's face when he
 appeared before Congress

Major General Jovito Palparan, the guy whom ex-President and now suspected electoral rigger Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, is in hiding. This after a Bulacan court ordered his immediate arrest for numerous crimes involving disappearances of political activists and the death of several more. 


NPR went to greater lengths from its "sources" and found one possible "look" that Palparan could have made to his face shortly after he went missing. Sources say this could be the new face of Palparan, who earlier said that he will squarely face his accusers in court.


Please, if you see a man or somewhat of a man who appears like this, immediately read him his Miranda rights and collar the man and send him to a nearby police station.

According to the law, there is this thing called "citizen's arrest" when a responsible citizen effects an arrest against an individual who committed, is committing a crime or a subject of a warrant of arrest.
