Customs chief Sunny Sevilla was quoted to have said that the bureau does not know who Davidson Tan Bangayan is. Sevilla, who is just about a month into the job, does not know if this Davidson code named Goliath because of his mirth, is real or just an imagined person.
Bull. Crap.
Sevilla has no business staying at the Bureau of Customs if he does not know who these big time players are. Imagine how stupid Sevilla became when he was quoted by the papers trying to convince us that he does not know who Bangayan is. Why? Do you have no intelligence unit?
The people is paying huge sums of money to fund intelligence activities of the bureau of customs and despite a senate investigation, the customs does not still know the big time players that are destroying local industries of this country? Sevilla, by that alone, should be fired.
Or, Sevilla is protecting the asses of these smugglers? Sevilla, several sources say, is a long time Cesar Purisima associate. Don't tell me that he's protecting the friends of his boss? And don't ever tell me that these friends are directly or indirectly involved in smuggling?
