David Tan unmasked now!

Davidson Bangayan is correct. He is not the David Tan that Customs insiders call The Goliath. Fact is, "Goliath" is much older than Davidson Bangayan. This is not to say that Davidson is not involved in alleged "smuggling". What this entry wants the public to know that "David Tan" is actually not the Davidson Bangayan.

For one, the real David Tan is older than Davidson Bangayan. Don't tell me that Davidson only operated for the past twenty years or he began his business in financing importations at the ripe age of eighteen or twenty years old?

Authorities want us to believe that Bangayan and "David Tan" is one and the same to protect the real David Tan. The real David Tan is very influential, and is once an NBI consultant.

The real David Tan is actually Davidson Bangayan's "dad". He is the actual financier and very close to Davidson Bangayan.

David Tan is known for allegedly "smuggling" general merchandise items. He dabbled in rice importations when Davidson Bangayan entered into the picture.

Why are authorities afraid of the real David Tan? David Tan holds the secrets of several government officials who frequent his high-class bars and beerhouses. As one Customs insider says, David Tan holds the "balls" of several high ranking government officials who are habitues in his bars.

Fact is, this David Tan maintains a club of high class models and prostitutes who "serve" as mistresses of several government officials.

Davidson Bangayan's denial a direct hit against Davao city mayor Rodrigo Duterte

Davidson Bangayan's highly public denial yesterday seems like a direct hit against Davao city mayor Rodrigo Duterte who supplied media with the photos and passport of Mr. Bangayan. Duterte was certain "David Tan" was this "Davidson Bangayan"is one and the same. Yet, why did Bangayan spared Duterte from his plan of filing a libel case, and only particularized Jesus Aranza, head of the business group which exposed the illicit activities of a certain David or Davidson Tan.

Calling Mr. Mayor, Mayor Duterte of Davao City. Will you let this person smear your name? Duterte appears like a fool in this controversy. I believe the good mayor will not allow anybody to mess up his name and reputation.

A source who refused to be identified says that this rice smuggling controversy is not what it really appears to be.

This "fight" is actually between and among rice smugglers in this country. A group initiated a smear campaign against Agriculture secretary Procy Alcala because he allegedly favored another smuggling group. This group is believed to be funded allegedly by a lawyer of Davidson Tan.

Alcala's group resisted and exposed Davidson Tan, whom they believe to be funding the anti-Alcala campaign. Davidson Tan is using a publicist in neutralising this latest tirade against him and his operations, according to some sources.

Davidson Bangayan, who claims to be a legitimate businessman, denies that he is the "David Tan" referred to by numerous groups as the biggest rice smuggler of the Philippines. An NBI official however says, Davidson Bangayan and "David Tan" is just one and the same person. Besides, if you look closely at the interview made by ABS-CBN 2, when Kabayan asked Mr. Bangayan if he is "David Tan", he made the denial, but his face reacted. His facial muscles reacted. Atty Salazar, who is the lawyer designate of Mr. Bangayan, is the one identified to be the legal counsel on the pending smuggling case which likewise, involved Mr. Bangayan's import trading company, Starcraft.

Jesus Aranza says that there will be a hearing on the rice smuggling controversy, which, according to businessmen cost the government some 6 billion pesos lost of revenues.

Seems like Mr. Bangayan wants to convince us, the Department of Justice and of course, Davao City mayor Rodrigo Duterte. Duterte was the one who supplied the photo of this "David Tan" which looks exactly like Davidson Bangayan.

Do you know that David Tan nicknamed "Goliath" by Customs officials, earned millions just by foreign exchange trading of rice? The modus operandi is simple. Tan manipulated or created the market conditions to influence the price difference between imported and local rice stocks.

During the Arroyo administration, the country imported rice stocks. There is a difference between prices of imported rice and those rice being sold here. The difference, which runs just in centavos, was calculated to close to a billion because of the sheer volume of importation involved.

Rice trading is one of the most lucrative in the world. There was a report in 2008 which identified players in the Philippines who manipulate rice prices to earn billions. This "David Tan" played a major role during the previous administrations especially in importing cheap Vietnamese rice.

Bangayan alias David Tan appears before Justice secretary

Is the National Bureau of Investigation playing dumb? I think so. Today's press briefing proves how influential this David Bangayan is, especially with members of this bureau.

Davidson Bangayan, whom businessmen blame for the loss of more than 7 trillion pesos of revenues, appeared before the NBI and sought clarification on alleged charges against him. Bangayan denies being a smuggler, a thing which businessmen and legitimate traders found incredible.

Bangayan says he is not the David Tan being blamed for the loss of trillions of pesos due to smuggling.

It took several days before the NBI and the DOJ finally told the pubic the truth--a few days ago, the NBI says they cannot confirm if David Tan is a real person and after several days, Justice secretary Leila de Lima herself confirmed that, indeed, Davidson Tan Bangayan is a real man. She even described him as a veritable one-man cartel.

Bangayan used the surname Tan in transacting with customs officials and brokers and importers. I cannot believe it if the NBI does not have a dossier of such a high profile person depriving this Nation of billions and trillions of pesos.

It is totally unthinkable that our intelligence agencies do not have any dossier of criminals? That probably explains why we are encountering enormous problems in peace and order.

This is the problem. When authorities deal with an ordinary person, they just give that person two (2) options---live and face jail or die in a gruesome way. When they face a person who is more sinister than others yet amass tremendous wealth, they tend to protect that demon. Well, that's expected--a demon always protect his own kind.

Customs say they don't know if David Tan is a "real person"--Bull. Crap.

The Bureau of Customs is at it again. They refused to say who this David Tan or real name Davidson Bangayan really is when everyone knows, even the janitor knows him.

So, this "Tan" is really very influential, huh? Davao city mayor Duterte is at his element again, publicly issuing a death threat against this Bangayan, who happens to be a trader from Davao.

Are Customs officials deathly afraid of him because he is reputedly very close to a brother in law of a High Government Official?

Are Customs men, especially Sunny Sevilla afraid that this Tan will spill the beans against people in Malacanan?

Are these people so stupid and with their tails between their legs that they are so helpless in neutralizing this person?

Or this "David Tan" or "David Bangayan" is only a front man of a man with the initials "E.C.", who happens to be extremely close to the Powers-That-Be.

"E.C." is reportedly the named representative of the family of the High Government Official. He allegedly get the take for the family.

Or some say, "David Tan" is really a pseudonym of "E.C."
