EXPOSE! FORMER CONGRESSMAN WANTS FULL CONTROL OF POWER PLANTS IN HIS PROVINCE

A former strong supporter of Gloria Arroyo and ex-Congressman wants owners of two power plants located in Luzon to transfer their ownership to him.Or, at least give him something in exchange.


This supporter is allegedly using his powers to influence the company who got contracts for the building and operation of power plants in his province.


And the cost of the project? Just a mere 3 BILLION PESOS. 


One hint about this ex-Congressman---he has his son as the province's BIG MAN. Fact is, it is "business as usual" for the jueteng and drug lords in the province shortly after the assumption of the son as the provincial BIG MAN. The weekly "take" or "Payola" of these jueteng lords to the BIG man reportedly fetches 5-7 million pesos. 


I will reveal the true identity of this Congressman soon. Honestly, I am somewhat undecided if I will expose his identity for fear that I will suffer the same fate as that of my friend, Dr. Gerry Ortega who lost his life when another BIG MAN ordered his execution.


Another hint--during the elections, this ex-Congressman teamed up with the head of the Liberal Party in that province to conspire and orchestrate the defeat of a fellow Liberal party member.


This Liberal party member lost his life under extremely suspicious circumstances just days after the May 10,2010 elections.


This ex-Congressman also decided not to oppose the ex-Liberal party member due to lack of funds. His Philippine National Bank (PNB) bank loan application was denied. Since he lacked the funds, he asked his son to coalesce with the LP while being a member of Lakas, just to defeat the incumbent, the ex-LP member.


The province which this ex-Congressman wants to control, has a history of political violence. Several people want to carve it for their own, but failed.

Dr. Gerry Ortega--a friend, a good man

I cannot go to his funeral. I don't have the means right now. I am comforted though by the fact that Dr. Gerry Ortega's killer and the eventual arrests of those who masterminded his death are just days from now. 


We are losing good men. Good men right now are very hard to find. What we have are evil men stealing our monies, killing our loved ones, marauding our forests, carving our mountains for ore, or just plain and simply living by hiking the prices of goods they sell. 


These men live by the day. They don't know any law. They flaunt the law because they have money to buy off authorities. 


When he was still alive, Gerry exposed some of the men who wanted to destroy the pristine beauty of Palawan. These men were motivated by the desire to destroy for money. 


What is money but a means to do good? These men, however, think of wealth. They want to be wealthy at the expense of other people.


I could have helped him, but I was struck by so much grief, I fell sick. My friends from the Kalikasan network is also mourning his death. I am so weak right now.


Gerry, kabayan, rest easy my friend. Let my tears cleanse the blood off your face, my friend.
