Breaking News! Japan hit by quake-induced Tsunami

Thirteen foot high tsunami waves moving as fast as 100 kilometers per hour struck Japan after an 8.9 intensity earthquake hit Honshu islands.

The quake did not do serious damage, but the tsunami did. Buildings in Tokyo and several in Honshu were wiped out. Ships anchored were washed away and some were destroyed in minutes. More than 4 million homes are right now under a state of darkness. Telephone lines are likewise unoperable.

Tsunami alert warnings were raised in eighteen countries, including the Philippines. From as far North as Batanes to as far South as Davao were placed by the Philvocs under alert level 2. Meaning, 4-foot high tsunami waves are expected to strike these areas.

Millions of people were aghast after witnessing the tsunami hitting several buildings, homes and bridges.

We need to pray.
