Look at how mucked up priorities are at the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
INstead of improving the deteriorating state of our traffic situation and running after erring KILLER bus driver freaks, here comes the MMDA targetting unknown smokers.
This is not only ridiculous but it gave these MMDA enforcers another means to do corruption. Imagine, their victims are now thousands of unknowing smokers out there. Woe to us.
This is what you call a desperate attempt at deflecting the very serious issues hounding the MMDA--inefficiency, graft and corruption, complete anarchy.
Mr. Tolentino should better shape up or ship out. He probably thinks that his problem is media when the problem really is he's not doing anything to improve the MMDA system.
He must be fired.
