Will Bong Revilla's career end because of Ramgen murder?

Whoever advised Mara Bautista Revilla to record her testimony and show it to the public is a buffoon. First, that video already revealed the legal strategy of the defense and second, it further enflamed suspicions that Mara did take part in the conspiracy to murder her brother, Ramgen, since she admitted that she retracted her first statement to the police. 


It's pretty obvious that a very influential person is helping the Magsaysay's despite his public pronouncements. Senator Bong Revilla, inspite of his posturings, is helping his siblings in this case. How in the hell did Mara got that VIP treatment reserved only to politicians? 


True, Bong Revilla's name is being harmed by the actuations of his half-brothers and half-sisters. Remember what happened to the political career of former Senator Freddie Webb when the Vizconde massacre happened?


(By the way, Webb's career ended when his son was tagged one of the suspects in the brutal massacre, which occured also at BF Homes Paranaque, the same place where Ramgen was killed. Will this tragic BF Homes Paranaque incident end another one's political career?)


Revilla should be extremely careful at this stage. He is being groomed as a vice presidential contender by several groups. He should not be seen as someone using his position to protect any one of his siblings. He should be seen as a paragon of fairness.


By the way, I ask the DFA and the Bureau of Immigration to clearly state for the record if Mara really is married to a Turkish national. They should show records proving that Mara, indeed, has already changed nationality or is carrying dual citizenship. Why? If Mara is a Turkish national, then, she can be arrested by the Interpol, even if the Philippines does not have an extradition treaty with Turkey.
