Who is/are Major General Carlos Garcia's backer(s)? Who pressured former General Angelo Reyes which led the man to kill himself?
Several people are now willing to appear before the public to expose the group behind Major General Garcia.
Yes, these people are formerly finance people who know of every single transaction that Major General Garcia entered into as dummy for several people, including several politicians, businessmen involved in several I.T., construction, and telecommunications deals and high-ranking government officials of the former dispensation.
Yes, these people are the "middle men" who also profitted from the schemes, but wanted to spill the beans. They are willing to suffer jail time, just because they are now being tormented by their consciences.
These high-profile people who back Major General Garcia are very close to the present crop of administration officials.
At least TWO of these people reportedly CONTRIBUTED TO THE CAMPAIGN FUND of a winning candidate during the last elections. The fund was given to a very close relative, the active one who silently negotiated with a BIG BUSINESSMAN whose initial overtures were spurned by the candidate.
At least ONE of the group is quite known in social circles as an investment banker. His portfolio includes clients of General Garcia. This banker reportedly placed several investments abroad all in the name of his relatives, but, in truth and in fact, represented his high profile clients in the Philippines. One such account was placed in a bank in the Cayman Islands.
The other one belongs to a Spanish family, a bastard who used the influence of his family to bag several juicy defense and non-defense contracts. His family owns several hectares of prime agricultural land in a prominent province of the Philippines. His son is quite known in the drug-crazed socialite circle.
Seems that there are some powerful puppet masters doing the job. Likewise too, I suppose in the case of Rabusa, may handler din sya..may puppet master din sa likod nya. He has no way out except to spill the beans as his masters dictates..Having run for mayor and lost, can not withdraw money because his assets are freezed and having a wife who is sick,the only way is spilling the beans and suffer the hate and ignominy of his friends. For the country? May use your word ?. CRAP.To save himself.. that I would take.

From what I heard, the Aquino family didn't want to take the money of Razon, so Razon gave his donation to Cesar Purisima, who in turn gave the campaign donation to Mar Roxas, who gave the money to the campaign kitty of PNoy. I wonder if PNoy or his family knew of this.
