The Department of Justice yesterday ordered the immediate arrest of Janet Lim-Napoles, the alleged "brains" behind the 10 billion pork barrel racket. DOJ secretary Leila de Lima said a Makati court ordered the arrest after finding probable cause of the charge of illegal detention filed by Napoles' right hand man, Benhur Luy. Luy was rescued by a special team of the NBI after being allegedly detained by Napoles in a seminary in Makati.
This very same incident caused the opening of a Pandora's box of Napoles alleged illegal activities. One by one, Napoles' co-horts in this monumental scam presented themselves before the NBI and are now under the Witness Protection Program of the DOJ.
As of this time, Napoles whereabouts are unknown. A source in the NBI says Napoles may be hiding in a house somewhere down South. Another said that Napoles is holed up in condominium waiting for her "travel documents". This fact, however, is unverified.
Since an active warrant has now been issued, anyone who sees Napoles has the right to read her her rights and immediately effect a citizen's arrest.
I urged all New Patriots of the New Generation and all Patriotic forces to seize and turn over Napoles to the authorities the minute they see her.
ARREST THIS WOMAN IMMEDIATELY. DO YOUR DUTY AS A CITIZEN OF THIS COUNTRY.
