Who is this media personality who tried to negotiate for Delfin Lee the night authorities spotted and arrested him? Sources say, two public personalities called the chief of the country's security forces to plead lee's case.
Lee's camp wants us to believe that the fugitive businessman's arrest was "illegal" because of a Court of Appeals decision quashing the state's case against the Globe Asiatique owner. Lee says the decision practically erased lee's name among those responsible for the 6 billion peso Pagibig fund scam.
Well, that's crap because lee is still one of the suspects as far as the courts are concerned. His exclusion is still being debated at the Supreme Court. Meaning, there is no final decision yet, and since this case remains pending at the Supreme Court, the warrant for his arrest remains active.
Now i think these two personalities forgot that what they did was a crime. In our jurisdiction, those calls were obstructions of justice. Those were not innocent calls.
So, who was this media personality? Clue---he's the voice, err, the Boss. :-) Hindi Nga!
After 18 years in the industry with a “Triple A” record I suddenly became a scam artist overnight.
