Ouster of Chief Justice the most peaceful counter-revolutionary action in human history

President Aquino always refer to what he's been doing as "revolutionary". Yes, I would refer these times as revolutionary since during this administration, the following changes occurred:


1. It was during this administration that the contentious issue of Hacienda Luisita was resolved.  This will boost the farmers' legitimate quest for true agrarian reform, something which had eluded them since 1986.


2. All institutions of governance were "shaken" not merely "stirred" like what previous administrations did in treating malfeasance in the bureaucracy. We have now an administration which does not consider social or economic status as a protection against suits when it comes to graft cases. Every single one is fair game. When you commit a crime against the people, when you steal money from the people, expect to be prosecuted. 


The Aquino administration began cleansing the executive bureaucracy by charging those from the previous administration who committed grievous sins against the People. These were charged with crimes and hauled to court. Former president Gloria Arroyo and her bunch of thieves in barong were charged with non-bailable offenses and hauled to court. One by one, these people who enjoyed nine years in power, will now begin serving several years behind bars, as their punishment. Gloria, inspite of her previous status as head of state, remains the prime example of how serious this administration is in its commitment of cleansing the bureaucracy of the filth of the past.


Grafters in government, particularly rent-seekers were charged by the BIR and the Customs of numerous crimes. Yes, there are still several out there committing smuggling activities yet compared with previous administrations, the level of participation of government officials in this illicit activities has been minimized. 


President Aquino was right--the two most feared officials in his cabinet are Justice secretary Leila de Lima and BIR commissioner Kim Henares. These two fine ladies exemplify the kind of public service we so desire since 1986. Henares' and de Lima's resolve are exemplary. They should be emulated. (Let me qualify that of De Lima--she has to correct the decision she did when it comes to the case of that criminal diplomat who raped a Filipina. That is an erroneous decision. She must not be afraid to incur the wrath of a big Filipino businessman who has interests in the ports of the country of the accused. )


The Bureau of Immigration under the able leadership of Commissioner David and Deputy Commissioner Siegfried Mison is undergoing a painful transition from traditional to exemplary. Several people are resisting the reforms being instituted but at the end of the day, these reforms undermine stiff resistence. A new batch of young, idealistic and highly nationalist Immigration Officers will now occupy sensitive posts in the bureau.  


Afterwards, this administration shook the very foundations of the military and the police by initiating those probes against military officials who stole the people's monies or played the role of protecting the previous administration from the people's wrath. Those who were involved in rigging an election and those who got the largesse in the AFP modernization program all got punished. Careers were destroyed, reputations smashed as the government played the biggest cop role it ever did in history.


Congress, as an institution, was also cleansed. Several efforts were made to correct the mistakes of the past. When it comes to misfeasance or malfeasance or abuses in power, Congress right now is very strict or is strictly enforcing the rules of the game. Ilocos sur Congressman Singson lost his post when he was adjudged guilty for possessing illicit drugs in Hongkong. There are other cases which show that indeed, reforms have been instituted even in this institution where the perception is, every one who resides there enjoys the protective cloak of power. With this SALN disclosure call, even the most powerful Congressman could now face jail time. 


3. The successful impeachment of a Chief Justice showed that even this age-old institution like the Judiciary is not safe from revolutionary justice. Prior to Aquino, the judiciary became the stamping authority of those who successfully stole the people's monies and got away with it. This institution was never cleansed when 1986 came. It explains why those who benefitted largely from the excesses of the Marcos dictatorship escaped the sharp fangs of justice. 


Under this Aquino administration, the judiciary was, like all other institutions, underwent a painful and emotional transition. It was thought that the Judiciary would be the last bastion left standing against the reformist administration. IN the past, thieves in barong thought that they would escape jail time even if they steal millions from the people. 


Now, with the Arroyo remnants out of power, the real opportunity now lies before us. There is no need anymore for this administration to declare itself revolutionary---no. 


Its very acts show how revolutionary it could be under the extreme circumstances. This impeachment is the most peaceful counter-revolutionary action in human history. No blood was spilt--only reputations smashed and destroyed for the sake of the revolution.


Now, institutions which remain previously under the control of the previous erring dispensation are now under the control of a revolutionary government. 

It remains to be seen how this administration will now behave seeing that all power have been shaken and configurated in its favor. 

Pnoy should learn how to own up

It is now May 2012, a full two years after the 2010 Presidential elections, and about one month before we formally recognize two years of Pnoy's government. 


Like any other Philippine president before him, Pnoy started fresh and alive. His call for everyone to tread the straight path was accepted widely by all of us. His call against graft and corruption was received enthusiastically by a tired, weary yet hopeful nation. 


Now, two years from that inauguration speech, and we have more than 12 million Filipino families going hungry every day (SWS survey), a ballooning unemployment rate, a higher than usual inflation, a dearth of foreign investments, and a slew of controversies committed by his appointees, friends and associates in government.


Like his predecessors, Pnoy believes that he is doing something different. Pnoy believes that he is improving the lives of his fellow Filipinos, what with those glowing economic statistics fed to him by his chief finance guy, Cesar Purisima and seconded by several of his chuwariwah pep squad. 


His call against graft fell on the wayside, frowned and ridiculed by the toughies that still work in the bureaucracy. Smuggling remains rampant in the Bureau of Customs. Everything--from meat to cars, to clothes and shoes, are being smuggled. At the Postal Corporation of this government, contracts are being given liberally like sacks of rice without bidding. And there are several deals which I wont reveal here, which equals if not exceed the greed of the former dispensation.


IN the political front, confusion and self-interest still reigns supreme over the nation's interests. Politicians from the previous administration, people who once kiss the arses of the First Couple, are now with the administration party. Those who committed grievous sins against the people are now "helping" this administration. 


Those who believed what Pnoy announced before, that he has just launched a revolution, are now scratching their heads, and some are even banging their heads in unison, agreeing how wrong they were, electing and supporting someone who turns out to be worse than his predecessors. 


Like what happened before, shouts and cries about revolution, about restructuring the values of this country, fell by the wayside. 


Two years and it is not fitting for Pnoy to heap all the blame to his predecessors, who were meted the severest penalty of incurring social stigma and incarceration.


It is time to admit responsibility.  

No blind praise for Noynoy Aquino: What is Right, is Right.

This is for those yellowish people out there who are too blind to see the truth. 


This is a fact---even before you guys admired and voted for Pnoy, I was already there with them since 2008! Yes, I am a certified early supporter of Mar and Pnoy. We were in Balai ni Mar since November 2008. 


Balai was at that time, without people. Only Butch Abad, Chito Gascon, Mar, Noynoy and at least five others who constantly meet there at that time. Balai was my tambayan. 


When Mar's candidacy was announced, I was there at Balai, celebrating with friends. Blogger Kevin of Cebu knows that. When he courteously gave way, I was there, with Toots Ople and the rest of the gang in Club Filipino. And when Noy ran for the Presidency, I was there planning, working hard and touring the rest of the country just for him.


Two arduous years of struggle. Those who now benefitted from our sacrifice are now enjoying the perks of power. 


And you know why I even nearly sacrificed the lives of my kids and my family for Noynoy? It is because of my ardent love to my country. 


If people do not want a revolution, then, choose parliamentary struggle. Elect those whom you think would best serve this country. 


I had full trust that Noynoy will do his darnest best, and I did not fool myself into thinking that the full six year term of his would be the panacea that would cure the diseases of this country, oh no. 


When someone asked me what will happen to this country the minute Noynoy stepped inside the palace, I told him matter-o-factly, that no change will happen. The destruction wrought by the previous administration was so great, it will take years before anything normalizes. 


I am no blind follower of a hesitant leader. I am no cheering squad for a leader who refuses to listen to the cries of his fellow men.


And I oppose and fight the wrongs being wrought by these men to this country, the only one I have.


Let this be clear---it is wrong for this President to keep his friends in power when these people already destroyed or is destroying the very agenda of change by the President.


It is wrong for this President to ignore the legitimate demands of the people for true change. It is utterly wrong for this President to ignore the pleas of the people for assistance against rising fuel prices and food stuffs.


It is wrong for this President to concentrate on big-business deals that will ensure his and his associates future after his term. It is wrong to do shakedowns of various industries just so that his people would be able to negotiate terms with industry titans and accommodate his friends and his friends' requests for a slice of the revenue pie.


It is wrong for this President to prosecute a just man just because of his wrongful association with the previous regime. It is wrong to invent a pile of baseless accusations just so that his friends from the Firm would be able to replace the Chief Justice with their own.


And it is terribly wrong for this President to sacrifice everything just to kow-tow to the caprices and whims of a few rent-seekers to the detriment of the people.


I raise my fists in utter defiance. Let it be said that at least one man raised his fists at a time of great darkness.

Just got tons of comments about the statement of the presidential sisters. Really,the reason I wrote this is I am ashamed of the reaction given by the Aquinos. (As of late, more than 70,000 people have read my earlier post. And the stats keep rising with nearly 300 comments)


We Filipinos have a tradition, especially concerning the dead among us. We pay homage. We pay our respects. Really, the world stops when we see our friends dead and our fellow Filipinos suffering. That is what distinguishes us as Filipinos.


Those who defend Pnoy and those who are angered by his actions, they have rights to express themselves. In a democracy, we are entitled to our own opinions. We don't just lambast people without facts and reasons. 

The entire family died. Ok. So, no one will ever be
 punished for their untimely death? 

I don't agree however, that we should let this thing pass and just be mindful of the welfare of people. I myself, am in the thick of relief operations for CDO and Iligan, not because I have relatives there. I don't. But I have lots of friends who, eventhough they are not Bangsamoros or Mindanaoans, they empathize with what had happened. 


Palagi na lang tayong ganyan, we enjoin Filipinos when a catastrophe or calamity as big as this happen, not to get angry and just help and not be mindful of those responsible for this. 


It is time for us to get angry, since this is not the first time it happened to many of our kababayans. Landslides are caused by illegal logging operations there, according to several sources. There are no more trees to hold the ground from erosion.

purpose of having government
when government cannot even
warn people of impending disasters?

Since Sunday, inspite of my sickness, I was coordinating efforts and calling my corporate friends to help in the relief efforts.


My world stopped when this thing happened. And we expect nothing less from our President and his sisters.


Secretary Herminio Coloma said, let's give the President a break. He spent an hour or two partying we should give it to him. 


Mr. Coloma, for many months now, actually two years already, we have been giving this President a break. When will he start working? 


Our economy has been in the doldrums since, what, two years ago? Joblessness is still high. Food prices are also very high, not to mention gas pump prices, the highest in the world, even higher than prices in America.


Mr. Coloma, when will your principal work? Is he always tired? Where are the results of his "hard work"? Why are you so concerned? Everyone is tired, Mr. Coloma from work. The President is not this country's monarch. He is not a king. There are so many problems. He is not entitled for a respite. 


He wanted to be president, then, he should be prepared for the strenous work schedule and the rigors of the work. I am starting to believe several of those who spun the yarn that the President's men are deathly afraid of him getting stressed out because it may cause him a nervous breakdown.


Likewise, when will we see this President actually firing one of his erring men? I mean, this catastrophe was brought about by illegal logging. This is the turf of the DENR. Are you saying that no one will ever be brought to account for the thousands who died?


A warning could have prevented thousands from death. No warning was given to the people of Cagayan de Oro, according to a report by Ted Failon. That warning could have saved thousands of lives. 


Isn't this the responsibility of government? To protect lives by being pro-active in its actions? 


No.


While we mourn our dead, and help the living, let us not forget that this is also a call for justice. Those who died deserve nothing less than see those responsible behind bars.

President Noynoy grows up

President Noynoy Aquino was'nt able to hide his dismay over the brutal killing of fifteen soldiers in Basilan. He was so angry, Noynoy wanted to vent his anger by having just one round in a shooting range. He's desirous to use his Gold Cup and pump some bullets into the paper targets. But, there will be no shooting practices today. 


This is state business. Fifteen soldiers, the best of the Special Forces group, were brutally mowed down. Some were mutilated, others bore close encounter wounds. What was not reported or played in the media was the fact that most of the troops were caught by the rebels. Six or eight of them were arrested. Instead of freeing them, the rebels had a field day chopping off their heads. It was like a repeat of the 2007 incident where Marines got the bitter end of the rebels' anger. It was a butchery, the scene like those chain saw massacre movies.


Official AFP reports say the troops were overwhelmed by the sheer number of rebels, that even women took part in the killing of the soldiers. More than 200 fighting a measly group of about 20 or so. It was an unequal fight but in war or even in battles, you can't tell the enemy to fight in an even kneel. You can't tell the MILF or the ASG to just deploy an equal number of people like what you have, that's too much video wargaming. 


Noynoy stood before his advisers, knowing full well that every word he says today could change the fate of this nation. A knee jerk reaction, like a declaration of war, could mean going down the road of no return. A lame statement, like what one of his advisers did, Atty. Leonen, that this is just an isolated case, could further enflame emotions on the ground. Choosing the right words is crucial. He must say the right things; otherwise, the risks of playing in the hands of the enemy is too much even for a bachelor to handle.


" NO war, just pursue the perpetuators of this dastardly crime and put them in the bar of justice, " says the President, shocking and disappointing to the ears of war materiel suppliers and contractors of war, but music to the peace lovers, like Presidential adviser on the Peace process Teresita Deles. 


Deles should feel utterly responsible for this especially deploying a veritable amateur, Atty Leonen, as the government's chief negotiator with the Moro rebels. Atty. Leonen is a very popular lawyer, a star in his profession. Yet, he has no business dealing with rebels. Moro rebels see him as a lackey, a man yet not a man, and a gullible negotiator. 


What his men lacks, the President compensates. That shows you firm leadership. 


Even if he plays video games, so what? When it comes to affairs of the state, Noynoy is not acting like a spoiled Atenean. Ninoy is probably smiling in heaven right now.

Out-going Customs Chief Angelito Alvarez insinuates that various groups caused his ouster

Embattled Alvarez lost the battle

Oh, really? When RMN news reported that he's definitely out, Customs chief Angelito Alvarez tried to justify it by saying that certain groups are out to get him because he uncovered several anomalies inside the bureau.


Oh, really now?


“I discovered many anomalies like how they were faking official receipts, receipts of origin and even load port survey results,” Alvarez said in a Philippine Daily Inquirer interview.


Now that he's being replaced, Alvarez unloaded what he claims to be a "bomb"---those missing containers were part of a scheme to raise funds during the previous elections.


Oh, is that it?


Records show those 3,880 plus containers got lost last January 2011---not 2010. Meaning, it vanished during Alvarez's term. 

Will Ruffy be the "it guy" who'll reform the
graft-ridden Bureau of Customs?

Reports had reached the President's ears of how several groups amassed huge wealth allegedly at the time that Alvarez was implementing the "tuwid" na daan of President Noynoy. But what happened was not tuwid but tuwad na daan. 


Smuggling activities went unnoticed at Subic, with tons of smuggled sugar allegedly smuggled by a known celebrity. Cebu and Mindanao ports were not spared. Thousands of containers with imported apparel, jewelry, perfumes and other appliances vanished into thin air during Alvarez term. 


What Alvarez is trying to say is that those groups who perpetuated these anomalies are now within hearing distance of the President. Untrue.


With Ruffy Biazon as the replacement of Alvarez, expect a shakeup within the bureau. The young Biazon is the most idealistic guy I have ever met. 


With a kamay na bakal, Biazon would surely make things harder for operators to operate. I am willing to cooperate with Biazon on improving the public's perception about the BUreau of Customs if he truly implements what the president wants---a tuwid na daan. 


But if Biazon would just transform the Bureau into a party "political milking cow", then, I'll always be here to write about the scams and scandals of the bureau. Burying the Past: And Erasing our Philistinism

One of the most admirable things we are known for throughout the world is our habit of respecting our elders. We have our mano pos and we always pepper our talk with deference to the status of the one we are talking to.


We also have something which, for me, is not desirable--our profuse sentimentalism. I call it Philistinism.


Look--how many 70's and early 80's cars we have on the road? Quite many, right? Why? Because Filipinos can't seem to part ways with their first cars. In other countries, these cars would have been crushed and sent to the junk shop. No. Here, you have 30 or 40 year old cars still running.


This applies to our Philistinism when it comes to politics. Look, we have so many new faces in the political arena with so much to give and so many new ideas to share for the benefit of the people. Yet, these people can't seem to maneuver themselves quite easily. Why?


We still have a governmental bureaucracy that acts like a colonial. We have an antiquated, Spanish-era values system being implemented on the ground. Our bureaucracy seems too feudal to our modern tastes. Despite billions spent just to educate our bureaucrats of the new ways to govern, we remain backward. 


And I fault the national government for this. Look.


One example is this administration. There are two major powers controlling a very weak President--his kamaganaks represented by the Samar Group and his friends, represented here by the Balai group. 


How can he effectively govern when his left ear listens to the Samar group while his right listens to the Balai group, two conflicting forces with two differing interests? Eventually, no policy is made because it conflicts with one or two of these groups?


Where are the professionals who are either Balay or Samar? They are relegated to the sidelines. They are not being supported because they don't have personal ties with this president.


President Aquino is pursuing Philistinism in politics. He looks not on credentials. He prefers personal relationships. He probably thinks he's a monarch or what. That is not the way to manage a modern state.


This explains why many people perceive Noynoy as a weak leader because he has no capability whatsoever of balancing the interests of his cronies.


Yes, I will say this once---cronyism is back and is still alive. 


Noynoy has the penchant of re-tooling veterans and retirees. This shows you the viewpoint of this president, a president totally adverse to the winds of change and change itself. 


We must bury this creeping Philistinism of this president to old ways and urge him, prod him to test new ways of doing things.

Aquino Administration--an uncaring government, according to Ricky Carandang

Now I know why we are in deep shit.


This government has a new motto and Secretary Ricky Carandang communicated it quite well:  “I cannot speculate on her mental state. I have not seen it and I don’t care.”


Carandang is supposed to speak for the President. The President is supposed to be caring and the president is supposed to be concerned with the mental health of his citizens.


For Carandang, the President does not speculate about the mental state of his citizens and he does not care. 


How the hell will you maintain a good state of mental health, with all these crimes happening around you, and government, especially the Police telling you that they are helpless about it?


How the hell will you be able to sleep soundly at night, knowing that the next day, oil firms will again raise their pump prices? How the hell will someone be able to get his wits about, what with higher prices of basic goods, a jack in the prices of the MRT and the LRT, the tolls and so forth and so on. If you're just receiving a basic salary, how the fuckin hell will you finance even your transportation fare to work?


This government does not care. This government only cares about those who supported Aquino during the elections. This government's concern is simply how those big-time businessmen would be able to recover their election expenses.


Wow. Talk about change, this administration seemed afflicted by the same disease as that of its predecessor.


People cared about this country. People love this country. That's why many decided to support Noynoy. Now, those supporters, those who really love this country and were dead serious in effecting change in this beautiful country of ours, are now relegated in the sidelines. They, like Juana Change, are suffering and hurting from all these.


While nincoompoops like Carandang act as if he's one of those who own this country and we owe him a debt of gratitude.


Mr. Carandang know this---if you don't change, you and your dear ones will suffer the brunt of the people's anger very soon. 


I call upon the people to rally behind the call for change. This administration is not an exception---it is just there to perpetuate the rule of the elites, those who continually earn millions from our own sweat.


By the way, let us support Gina Lopez and the campaign for a million signatures against mining in Palawan. 


Let us also support the cry of Juana Change for this government to put its acts together and remember those rhetorical vows it made before the people---that it would spearhead the cause of change, whatever happens.

Pnoy should try to reflect again

Two and a half months, and we are feeling a sense of hopelessness. Two and a half months ago, people were euphorous, even hopeful and proud. Hearing the truth of their situation from someone who was born with a proverbial golden spoon in his mouth, and hearing him speak of the true human condition, made every heart swoon and melt. His inaugural speech spoke of hope, of erasing every single vestige of the former evil regime, and of giving the people the justice they long sought for. This was nothing but spectacular. Here is the son of Cory and Ninoy, offering himself before the people and wasting no time to go to work and prove himself before the world.

His first Memo flunked the freshman law student’s test, but the people did not mind. His presidential spokesperson ruined himself before the public and uttered that sorry a hundred times before the media. His education secretary taught the public another lesson—never mess up with a friar’s acolyte and you’ll surely be accused of inventing controversies. Another sorry.


He partitioned power among his loyalists and close friends. He designated someone at the helm of the local governments only for show, while real power he gave to someone who sells ammunition and arms to the police. Another sorry.


He defended a twenty year old veteran in the customs game and inspite of underperforming, kept him close to his finance secretary. Irregularities surfaced against his appointees and all of them, he defended like a lion defends his cubs. One was caught with his pants down, trying to occupy a post that clearly places him in a conflict of interest, but Pnoy, defended him, and even said that he knows morality well, being a pastor of a fake church.


He announced to the world that he is levying tax in a tax and even said he’ll risk his political capital for this. His communications secretary says the President is not concerned with popularity; he is most concerned with what is right. When, however, they realized that levying a tax in a tax was outright stupid, it was at that time that they backed out. Another sorry.


In every fumble, in every misstep, and in every single foible, one single line, an empty sorry. Two and a half months, and this government has gone from being the hope of the people, to a bumbling, stupid government. It was a psychotic ride which only a psychotic enjoys.


It is not sorry that we want to hear. We, the people, already know how sorry we are for electing someone who does not want to be president in the first place.


I just hope that Pnoy realizes that he is being a liability that hurts us. The very realization that he is harming us more than helping us, pains us every single time. That for his every defense of the mistakes and errors of his men, Pnoy harms us like him squeezing the trigger of his gun. His every defense is like bullets, hitting our hearts and breaking our souls.


Maybe Pnoy needs some reflection, maybe another trip to the seminary will do him good.

Puno: " I'll take bullet for President"

Undersecretary Rico Puno says, " I'll take bullet for President". Yeah, even those you supplied to the AFP and PNP?

Lacierda says Carandang and Coloma are not "acting" secretaries. Are you sure Mr. Lacierda that they are really not "acting"?

Lacierda says Robredo, Paje and Baldoz are "acting secretaries". I don't know about you, but for me, Baldoz and Paje are definitely not just acting like secretaries. They are working perfectly as secretaries.

How about Robredo? Well, he seems to be a very good actor.

Congressman Edcel Lagman asked Robredo who are those Cabinet members who'll take the bullet for the president. Robredo just smiled and did not answer. Robredo has lived his entire life in the insurgency-infested Bicol region. He knows how painful it is to take a bullet for someone.

Palace says only Magtibay offered to resign. Yeah, because he is the only one with the balls to admit responsibility. The rest are just too fixated with power because these people are just first-timers in the power game.

Pag-ibig filed charges against Globe Asiatique because of numerous spurious accounts. Really now? After all these years, this is just the first time Pag-ibig realized that there are those who want its money and not about love?

State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Benigno Simeon Aquino III

It was not as shocking as what I expected, yet the first State of the Nation Address of President Benigno Simeon Aquino III made me cry. Those tears I shed were not tears of sadness, but of anger. Those were not tears of self-pity, but of silent rage.

Silent rage because until now, those responsible for the systematic rape of the Motherland continues on their extravagant lifestyle. They continue to live their lives without any charges against them. They feed their families with their loot, they pay the tuition fees of their children from the very monies we earn every single day with our blood and sweat, and they were able to buy properties left and right from the very monies we so gave the government when it should have benefitted our families.

President Noynoy Aquino's State of the Nation address just showed a fraction of Philippine reality. It just showed how officials of the former dispensation abused their power and authority and their wanton disregard to the law and the morality of those laws.

With all these so-called expose, the question and the challenge for President Noynoy Aquino is simply how will he correct these injustices and these mistakes?

He said that these officials will be made accountable through the Truth Commission. Will this Truth Commission be just a body to exonerate these people from their past sins? Will this be a PR stunt meant to cleanse the tarnished reputation of these former government officials?

Yet, come to think of it, these things were acts of high-profile thievery.

How about the centuries-old thievery done by big time landlords? How about those who abused and committed acts of injustice to our farmers?

How about those who illegally occupied our communal waters and made them their own? How about those who pillaged our forests and carved our mountains for ore?

How about those who continually oppress us with their high oil prices? What will Aquino do to these big time oil cartels?

How about real estate companies who collude with unscrupulous officials of the Land Registration Authority (LRA) and illegally occupy lands not their own?

Aquino trained his gun right smack at former government officials. He forgot about their accomplices in the private sector, who also benefitted also from the largesse that the former dispensation gave to its loyal subjects.

Meralco has committed grave sins against the Filipino People for their exorbitant rate charges. Maynilad and Manila Water continually oppress us with their commodified water. How about those who control our food stocks and influence the market by hiding their stocks?

There are still many unresolved problems out there that President Noynoy Aquino forgot to say, purposely or unpurposely, but, this remains a challenge to both his administration and to us, the Filipino People.

Let us sharpen our bolos, sharpen them to razor edge. If this administration fails to charge these people and allow them to enjoy their loot, then, we, the Filipino People, should do something about it.

I call upon the New Patriots of the New Generation---slay these demons that oppressed the Motherland and put their heads on stakes, so that the world would know that we, as a people, respect ourselves and our future successors and we do not allow such brutes to oppress us and steal our monies.

One by one, these people will surely fall by the edge of our bolos.

Let the Sparrows fly again and do their duties to the Motherland. For, never again will we rage in silence.
